Seattle

We had an 8 hour layover in Seattle on our way home. Riding the Light Rail into downtown from the airport is under 1 hour, and a round trip ticket is only 5 dollars. The weather was perfect: sunny, cool and crisp. We walked Pike Street, bought cookies and treats at an awesome bakery on the corner of Pine St. and 1st called Cinnamon Works, and ate smoked Halibut at The Crab Pot down at the Harbor/ Wharf/Sound? I'm not sure what it's called down there by the water. What a great day. On the way back to the airport we looked through Nordstrom Rack for 1 hour and bought some souvenir candy at See's for Sharon, our neighbor here in China. One of the best days of our trip home.
