There's a place in Beijing called The Loving Hut. It's a vegetarian joint, and a vegan friend reccommended it to me in a way I couldn't refuse. We drove by one day and decided to give it a go. The menu had some of our favorite meat dishes like chicken kungpao, and we thought, "Maybe this place isn't all vegetarian." We ordered the kungpao and discovered the chicken was actually bits of tofu. It was too spicy for Dan and I, but Tate downed almost the whole plate. He also loved watching all of the cats walking around, so all and all a five star for Tate and 2 starved for Dan and Ash.
